Non-Discrimination Policies and Regulations

University Policies Related to Non-Discrimination

University Policy 03.003: Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance: Specifically prohibits discrimination based on disability, 建立合规程序,以实施和执行联邦和州残疾法的规定, 并就员工和学生在这些法律下的权利和责任提供指导.

Applicable Federal Laws and Executive Orders

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964: Prohibits discrimination based on race, color, 或在获得联邦财政援助的项目或活动中具有国家血统.

Applicable State Laws and Executive Orders

Ohio Revised Code Section 4112.02 - Unlawful Discriminatory Practices: Prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, military status, national origin, disability, age, or ancestry with regard to employment, public accommodation, and housing. 

Ohio Executive Order 2019-05D禁止基于种族歧视的州雇员, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, national origin (ancestry), military status, disability, age (40 years or older), status as a parent or foster parent, genetic information, or sexual orientation.
