Antonuccio has spent the last two decades as a 音乐 producer, 音乐家, 音频专家, 工作室的主人, and media 记者. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, he is the owner and operator of 3 Elliott Studio, a thriving 音乐 and post-production studio in 雅典, 俄亥俄州.
He has worked as a producer, 成员, and/or engineer with a multitude of signed and independent artists and has worked on sound design for both short and feature-length films. With an abundance of both 音乐 and film credits to his name, his releases have been featured in various films, 广告, 和电视节目, as well as news outlets including Pitchfork, 美国国家公共电台, 粘贴杂志, VH1, MTV, 洋葱/AV俱乐部, Stereogum, and Magnet Magazine.
Antonuccio has contributed 音乐 and media industry stories for national and regional 音乐 stories and regularly interviews national 音乐 and media figures. He is the producer and host of "The Gladden House Sessions", the Emmy-nominated live 音乐 and interview series that has garnered millions of views across all six seasons.
He oversees the bet8九州登录入口 South by Southwest experience and coordinates several industry immersion experiences, including the MDIA 音乐 Industry Masterclass at Bonnaroo 音乐 & 艺术节, and the MDIA 音乐 Production Master Class, an exclusive opportunity which provides a one-week apprenticeship for 音乐 production students with producers in their studios. Past trips have included courses with Jim Eno in Austin, TX, Michael Brauer in NYC, and Joel Hamilton in NYC.
He is the director of the annual bet8九州登录入口 音乐 Industry Summit, a day-long conference welcoming national and regional 音乐 industry leaders to bet8九州登录入口 for panelist and performance programming. Past guests have included Run The Jewels, 菲比布里杰, 查克·D, 圣文森特, FINNEAS, Sameer Gadhia of Young The Giant.
He has hosted multiple artist events through the Scripps 访问ing Artist Series, with past guests have including Tank & 的banga, 莎伦·范·埃顿, Bob Boilen of 美国国家公共电台 音乐, Ira Kaplan of Yo La Tengo, Spoon的吉姆·伊诺, and John Paul White of The Civil Wars.
Antonuccio is a Grammy-voting 成员 of NARAS (National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences), an ASCAP-affiliated songwriter (winning a new songwriters award in 2001), and is a 成员 of the Education Committee and is a 成员 of the Audio Engineering Society.
He's helped co-found the Immersive Media Initiative (IMI) in the Scripps College of Communication, made possible through a near-million dollar innovation grant from bet8九州登录入口. Antonuccio has previously oversaw the development of the audio production resources in the Game 研究 and Immersive Design lab and has worked on ambisonic sound production and mixing for projects across numerous disciplines including film, 音乐, 卫生保健, 古生物学, 新闻, 和心理学.
